Terms and conditions governing use of the TRHOTELS
Reservation Website.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT THE RIGHTS AND
OBLIGATIONS OF ALL USERS ( EITHER AS INDIVIDUALS OR
AS A GROUP ) AND THOSE OF TRHOTELS RESERVATION IN
RELATION TO THE SERVICES OFFERED BY TRHOTELS
RESERVATION BY WAY OF THIS WEBSITE. BEFORE YOU CLICK
ON THE "CONFIRM" BUTTON AT THE END OF THE BOOKING
PROCESS, PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS. BY CLICKING ON THE "CONFIRM" BUTTON YOU
ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND

Parties:
These terms and conditions are made between
("TRHOTELS RESERVATION") and whosoever shall use
this website ( "the Client" ).
Terms of Service:
You agree that your credit card will be charged for
the full amount of your reservation when
TRHOTELS.com accepts your reservation order. The
cost of your reservation is the total of: the
indicated room rate multiplied by the number of days
in your reservation. TRHOTELS.com provides
information concerning the available hotels: hotel
classification, comfort and features, level of
equipment and rates supplied by each hotel.
TRHOTELS.com offers the possibility for the client
to select the hotel desired.
Upon sending a confirmation email and voucher, the
reservation is fully guaranteed by trhotels.com.
Should the hotel chosen by the client have no
vacancies for the required room type and dates, the
client accepts that TRHOTELS.com find another hotel
with similar features to meet the reservation.
Use of Site:
The Client may only use the website to make
legitimate enquiries or bookings and hereby
undertakes not to make any speculative, false or
fraudulent booking or any booking in anticipation of
demand. The Client also undertakes to provide
correct and accurate e-mail, postal and/or other
contact details to TRHOTELS Reservation and
acknowledges that TRHOTELS Reservation may use these
details to contact the Client in the event that this
should prove necessary.
Making a Booking:
A legally binding booking shall only exist when the
required details are inputted on the relevant
web-page by the Client and when the booking is
confirmed by the Client clicking the "Confirm"
button on the appropriate web-page. The Client
acknowledges that he/she understands that by
clicking on the said "Confirm" button, he/she is
authorizing TRHOTELS Reservation to make the booking
and to debit his/her credit card in the manner
indicated on the website.
Confirmation:
TRHOTELS.com confirms the reservation by email
stating the reservation details, name of hotel,
booking dates, number of guests. Should the hotel
chosen be full,the client accepts that TRHOTELS.com
find another hotel with similar features as the
hotel selected in the initial reservation request.
TRHOTELS.com will do its best in order to find a
hotel with the same criteria as the hotel selected
in the initial request: number of stars, same level
of comfort, same city and same area. trhotels.com
will confirm the reservation by sending via email or
fax a voucher. The voucher features the name of the
hotel, dates of booking, room rate and total
reservation amount.
A full payment will be required to confirm the
booking. The reservation is valid when the voucher
is sent by email or fax, or when the voucher number
and total amount due are given by telephone. The
voucher is the official document prooving to the
hotel manager that the client's stay has been paid
in full. This voucher must be presented upon arrival
at the hotel reserved. In case of cancellation,
terms of cancellation will be applied.
Prices and
Payment:
The price for the services provided by TRHOTELS
Reservation is as specified on the booking form.
Payment must be made in full by credit card at the
time of booking.Prices quoted are (unless otherwise
specified) to cover room, breakfast, local services
and taxes. Where the Client should see a published
room rate which is lower than the price paid to
TRHOTELS Reservation for the room booked and is
unhappy with the same, they should check, prior to
making a complaint to TRHOTELS Reservation, whether
the published room rate relates to room only or
room, breakfast, local services and taxes as per the
Client's booking with TRHOTELS Reservation.
During trade fairs or other festivals, hotels often
impose supplements or do not give their usual
reductions so that the price paid by the Client may
be higher than the hotel's published rate. The
Client acknowledges that TRHOTELS Reservation do not
have any control over this. TRHOTELS.com processes
the payment for reservations; the only payments made
at the hotel are extras incurred during the stay.
For each reservation made, TRHOTELS.com will debit
the full reservation amount. To pay for the
reservation, the client may choose between the
following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. The
client making a reservation must be entitled to use
the credit card. TRHOTELS.com shall not be held
responsible for payments made by people without such
entitlement. The hotel is paid by TRHOTELS.com or
its nominee following payment of the reservation by
the client to TRHOTELS.com. The charges may be
debitted in USD, Euro or Turkish Liras according to
the Central Bank's exchange rate.
Responsibility:
By using the site, the Client confirms that he/she
(and/or anyone using the Client's log-in
information) is able and willing to meet any
liability incurred as a result thereof.
Cancellations by
TRHOTELS Reservation:
In the event of a confirmed booking being
unavailable, TRHOTELS Reservation will endeavour to
offer an alternative hotel of the same or higher
standard in the same location,or offer a full refund
if preferred. TRHOTELS Reservation will also
endeavour to contact the Client prior to departure
and advise him/her of this unavailability. However,
the client acknowledges that this will not always be
possible. Where it is not possible to contact the
Client prior to departure, TRHOTELS Reservation will
endeavour to ensure that the relevant hotel looks
after any change of accommodation as quickly and
efficiently as possible.
Cancellation by
the Client:
Once a booking has been confirmed by TRHOTELS
Reservation, it is considered a firm
booking.Cancellation charges apply as follows:
1.CANCELLATIONS
MADE AFTER RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION OR HOTEL VOUCHER
FROM TRHOTELS WILL INCUR A HANDLING / SERVICE FEE
(5% OF THE WHOLE BOOKING COST ,THIS AMOUNT CAN’T BE
LESS THAN $20).
2.CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 4 DAYS ( 96 HOURS )
BEFORE THE CONTRACTED ARRIVAL WILL BE SUBJECT TO A
NO-SHOW FEE (COST OF THE FIRST NIGHT).
3.CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHOUT INFORMING TRHOTELS WILL
SUBJECT TO A FULL NO-SHOW FEE (THE WHOLE BOOKING
COST).
On occasions, particularly during fair periods it
may be necessary to vary these terms in accordance
with terms laid down by our suppliers. TRHOTELS
Reservation reserves the right to alter this
charging structure in such circumstances by
notifying the Client in advance and gaining the
Client's acceptance.Cancellations and/or amendments
of bookings will only be valid if effected through
the web site or received by TRHOTELS Reservation in
writing.
Star Ratings and
quality of Accommodation:
The Client acknowledges that star ratings may vary
in quality from country to country and cannot be
relied on to identify the quality of the
accommodation. The Client acknowledges that the star
rating is merely a general outline and may not apply
in each case. Similarly, the Client acknowledges
that the type of rooms provided by a hotel (i.e.
single, double, twin, triple) may also vary from
country to country. In addition the client
acknowledges that a triple room is a room suitable
for three adults containing two twin beds or one
double bed plus one extra bed. Please note the extra
bed may be a pull down or roll away bed as most
hotels do not have one full size bed for each guest
in their triple rooms. It is the responsibility of
the Client to check the type of the accommodation
and services provided by each hotel. The contact
details of each hotel which may be booked via this
web site are set out in the web site.
Accuracy of
Information:
TRHOTELS Reservation and its suppliers have taken
reasonable care to ensure that the content of the
web site including all hotel information and
listings are accurate.The hotel information and
listings are compiled from information provided by
the hotels that are listed. TRHOTELS Reservation
publishes such information in good faith.
THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS THAT
TRHOTELS
CANNOT
BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INACCURACIES IN SUCH
INFORMATION, NOR CAN LIABILITY BE ACCEPTED FOR
CHANGES TO FACILITIES WHICH ARE NOT NOTIFIED TO
TRHOTELS BY THE HOTEL IN QUESTION. THE CLIENT ALSO
ACKNOWLEDGES THAT:- (I) WHILE TRHOTELS ENDEAVOURS TO
KEEP ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE ALL INFORMATION
CONTAINED ON THIS WEBSITE, TRHOTELS CANNOT BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR MISLEADING
INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE HOTEL LISTINGS OR
INFORMATION. (II) THE HOTEL LISTINGS OR INFORMATION
MAY INCLUDE ERRORS.
Hotel Facilities:
The client acknowledges that the availability of the
facilities and features listed for each hotel are
under the direct control of the hotel and as such
TRHOTELS Reservation cannot be held responsible if
those facilities or features are not made available
to the client during period of the Client's booking.
If a facility or feature is of particular importance
to the Client (in particular seasonal facilities
such as outdoor swimming pools and air
conditioning), then the Client should check with
TRHOTELS Reservation or the hotel that this facility
or feature will be available during the Client's
dates of stay.
Complaints:
Any complaint regarding the Hotel should be notified
to the Hotel Reception desk or to the relevant Hotel
Representative during the Client's stay at the hotel
and the hotel management must be given adequate
opportunity to rectify the situation from the
outset. Where any such complaint is not rectified by
the hotel in question to the Client's satisfaction,
the Client should contact TRHOTELS Reservation
immediately and TRHOTELS Reservation will endeavour
to assist. Should the Client remain unsatisfied a
further complaint should be made in writing to
TRHOTELS Reservation not later than seven days after
termination of the hotel stay. All complaints should
be sent to customer.services@trhotels.com Where
possible, the written complaint to TRHOTELS
Reservation should be supported by photographs or
other written/visible proof of the complaint.
Consequential
Loss:
UNDER NO CONDITIONS AND IN NO EVENT SHALL TRHOTELS
OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR
SPECIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, HOWEVER ARISING,
(INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE OR BREACH
OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OTHERWISE) OR FOR
ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFIT, REVENUE OR BUSINESS,
HOWSOEVER CAUSED EVEN IF THAT LOSS OR DAMAGE WAS
FORESEEABLE BY, OR THE POSSIBILITY OF IT WAS BROUGHT
TO THE ATTENTION OF TRHOTELS.
Assignment:
The Client may not assign, convey, sub-contract or
delegate any rights, duties or obligations hereunder
except with the written consent of TRHOTELS
Reservation.
Electronic
Communications:
You communicate with TRHOTELS.com electronically
whenever you visit TRHOTELS.com or send emails to
us. You accept to receive communications from
TRHOTELS.com electronically or by fax. We will
communicate with you by posting notices on this
site, by email or by fax. You agree that all
notices, disclosures, agreements and other
communications that we provide to you electronically
or by fax satisfy any legal requirements that
communications be in writing.
Intellectual
Property:
The Client acknowledges that all copyright,
trademarks and other intellectual property rights in
and relating to this website are solely owned by or
licensed to TRHOTELS Reservation. The content or
data found on the website may not be reproduced,
sold, transferred or modified without the prior
written consent of TRHOTELS Reservation. Neither may
the Client modify, duplicate, display, copy,
reproduce, licence, publish, transfer or sell any
information, software, products or services obtained
from the website without the prior written consent
of TRHOTELS Reservation.The Client further
acknowledges that he/she must not use any of these
intellectual property rights, except to the extent
necessary to make a booking in the manner
anticipated by these terms and conditions.
System Integrity:
The usage of any device, routine or software which
inhibits or interferes with the running of the
TRHOTELS Reservation website or any booking
concluded upon it is prohibited. Any action which
creates a load on the TRHOTELS Reservation website
or infrastructure which may be considered
unreasonable or disproportionate is prohibited.
No Guarantee of Continuous Access to TRHOTELS
Reservation Website:
TRHOTELS Reservation do not guarantee continuous
access without interruption to its website, nor do
TRHOTELS Reservation guarantee secure access to its
services. The performance of the TRHOTELS
Reservation website may be interfered with by many
factors outside our control.
Modifications to
This Agreement:
TRHOTELS Reservation reserves the right to modify or
change the terms and conditions of this agreement at
any time without prior notice to you. Your use of
this website after any modification of this
agreement constitutes an acceptance of any such
modification.
Headings:
The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are
included for convenience only and shall not define,
extend, limit or otherwise affect these Terms and
Conditions.
Force Majeure:
If as a consequence of Force Majeure, TRHOTELS
Reservation is obliged to curtail, alter or cancel a
booking, the Client shall not be entitled to claim
compensation for any loss arising as a consequence
of the said curtailment, alteration or cancellation.
The term "Force Majeure" includes but is not limited
to acts of God, natural disaster, fire and any other
destruction of any accommodation booked, riots, acts
of war or civil commotion, exercise of legislative,
municipal, military or other authority, strikes,
industrial action or any other reason beyond the
control of TRHOTELS Reservation.
Entire Agreement:
These terms contain the entire agreement between
TRHOTELS Reservation and the Client and supersedes
any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral
or written) regarding the subject matter and may not
be amended or modified unless expressly agreed by
TRHOTELS Reservation in writing. |
